Legal Brand Guidelines

All Lunary Games® assets, including our name, logos, characters, lore, game worlds, music, visuals, and all other creative content (“Brand Assets”), are the exclusive intellectual property of Lunary Games®. These guidelines explain how you may, and may not, use them.

Any use of our Brand Assets must be respectful and aligned with our values. Misuse may result in legal action or takedowns.

✅ Authorized

• Creating non-commercial fan art, illustrations, cosplay, animations, etc.
• Making gameplay videos, reviews, and Let’s Plays, including monetized ones, if they add original value (commentary, analysis, editing...)
• Talking about Lunary Games® in articles, blogs, or social media with proper context
• Using our name/logo to reference Lunary Games® in fan communities (e.g. “fan project”, “inspired by”)
• Displaying our content in online portfolios when credit is given and context is educational or demonstrative

🚫 Not Authorized

• Selling merchandise (shirts, stickers, plushies, prints, NFTs) using our characters, logos, or universe
• Reuploading trailers, cutscenes, or music with no added commentary or edits
• Creating derivative works (fan games, novels, fictions, stories) based on our universe or characters
• Using our Brand Assets in AI datasets, generative models, deepfakes, or scraping tools
• Embedding our logo or characters into your own brand, product, app, bot, or service
• Associating Lunary Games® with political, hateful, religious, discriminatory, adult, or misleading content

For anything not clearly authorized above, especially commercial use or large-scale visibility, you must contact us for written permission.
